Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mrs R. McGrath.
Students will develop the skills and confidence to prepare, plate & serve food attractively using finishing and garnishes. Students can enter and participate in the ARA cookery competition in late June to show off their culinary skills.
Students will have a chance to complete a two day barista course that will be on site a school. This will give them an addition 7 Level 2 credits. As well ask learning how to operate a commerical expresso machine.
