Level 3 Food and Nutrition

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs R. McGrath.

Students will be required to apply critical thinking skills using the underlying concepts of nutrition. Topics include: Nurtional Issues, Health Promotion, Food Related Ethical Dilemma, Food Marketing

Recommended Prior Learning

Ideally students need to have completed Level 2 Food and Nutrition or Level 2 Health to undertake a course of Level 3 Food and Nutrition.

Please discuss with Mrs McGrath if you have not done one of these.
