Course Description

Level One Hospitality in an introduction to the industry of Hospitality. In this foundation course, students will learn a range of skills including vegetable and fruit cuts, soups, sauces, baking, mocktails and more. Teachers will demonstrate skills to students. Students will have time to practise skills where necessary. They will then carry out practical assessments. Theory lessons back up the skills learnt in the practical classroom. Hospitality is a popular course, where students see a lot of success and enjoyment at Rangiora High School.
