Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mrs R. McGrath.
Students will develop an understanding of how the purchase, preparation and consumption of food affects our own wellbeing as well as the well being of our society. Topics include; sustainability, sports nutrition and nutritional issues.
Credit Information
You will be assessed in this course through all or a selection of the standards listed below.
This course is eligible for subject endorsement.
